Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain the company's financial integrity.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate audits and work with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with work experience in manufacturing and industrial companies will have priority for employment.
