Head of Accounting

Job Description

Pakshoma, a well-established company in the manufacturing and processing industry since 1975, seeks an experienced Head of Accounting for its Tehran location. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and financial expertise to drive and manage the company's accounting operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain the company's financial integrity.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate audits and work with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within a large organization.
