Managing the provision of general services and support to the head office personnel, including providing lunch and other catering, and how to serve food.
Workplace hygiene and cleaning and other environmental services.
Managing building facilities, including maintenance and repairs of all cooling, heating, facade, and decoration equipment.
Check-in and check-out and document circulation.
Coordinating the purchase and procurement of items, supplies, and equipment required by the head office.
Defining the activities required to achieve goals and prioritizing them, allocating the required resources, and creating coordination between activities.
Requirements:
At least five years of managerial experience.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, or Social Sciences.
Proficient in the principles and foundations of procedures.
Proficient in the principles of secretarial and document management.
Proficient in the principles and techniques of negotiation.
Proficient in ISO 55001.
Familiarity with safety in cargo transportation and handling.
Familiarity with the principles of warehouse management.
