Job Description

  • Managing the provision of general services and support to the head office personnel, including providing lunch and other catering, and how to serve food.
  • Workplace hygiene and cleaning and other environmental services.
  • Managing building facilities, including maintenance and repairs of all cooling, heating, facade, and decoration equipment.
  • Check-in and check-out and document circulation.
  • Coordinating the purchase and procurement of items, supplies, and equipment required by the head office.
  • Defining the activities required to achieve goals and prioritizing them, allocating the required resources, and creating coordination between activities.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of managerial experience.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, or Social Sciences.
  • Proficient in the principles and foundations of procedures.
  • Proficient in the principles of secretarial and document management.
  • Proficient in the principles and techniques of negotiation.
  • Proficient in ISO 55001.
  • Familiarity with safety in cargo transportation and handling.
  • Familiarity with the principles of warehouse management.
