Job Description

  • Ensure corporate governance.
  • Month-end closings and Internal financial reporting.
  • Create sustainable value in both finance and business POV.
  • Forecasts and planning processes (E0, E1, E2, KP, RFC).
  • Local ERP integration/development based on CSA.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide insights to drive business performance and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • English fluency.
  • Significant experience in finance controlling, financial analysis, or a similar area.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in driving financial performance and implementing financial strategies.
