Head of Finance Controlling

Job Description

-Ensure corporate governance.Month-end closings and Internal financial reporting.
-Create sustainable value in both finance and business POV.
-Forecasts and planning processes (E0, E1, E2, KP, RFC).
-Local ERP integration/development based on CSA.
-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
-Provide insights to drive business performance and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

-English fluency.
-Significant experience in finance controlling, financial analysis, or a similar area.
-Prior experience in a managerial role.
-Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
-Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
-Experience in driving financial performance and implementing financial strategies.
