Head of Industrial Accounting

Job Description

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least seven years of managerial experience in accounting and at least three years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficient in the CO module in SAP - ERP
• Ability to manage and monitor annual budgets and short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
• Proficient in product pricing and cost accounting processes to accurately calculate the cost of products and services.
• Ability to lead monthly closing operations and provide timely financial reports.
• Experience in profitability analysis in various business sectors.
• Ability to analyze fluctuations in the cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and identify causes.
• Ability to implement performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the organization's performance against financial goals.
• Ability to monitor and review inventory transactions and ensure that all financial events are recorded correctly.
• Ability to control production consumption and analyze deviations from consumption standards.
• Experience in managing cost allocation to cost centers and auditing financial records.
• Ability to participate in business planning including mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Ability to advise on the financial impact of business strategies and decisions.
• Ability to maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Ability to work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure financial compliance.
