Job Description

• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Systemic and physical inventory control of warehouses with real inventory provided by the warehouseman on a monthly basis.
• Budget control and related calculations.
• Control and report materials sent to produce, goods, and waste received from production during the warehousing report.
• Prepare consumption deviation report.
• Policymaking and control of purchase and warehouse documents and cost reports.
• Provide monthly profit margins based on different scenarios.
• BOM control of products and verification of production machine efficiency and factory capacity measurement in order to calculate and control the real cost, standard, and budget.
• Establish a system and registration of accounting documents for the cost of products and waste.
• Submit reports and timely notification of any restrictions in performing the assigned tasks or any weaknesses in the executive methods, along with corrective suggestions to the superior authority.
