Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and reports.
Systemic and physical inventory control of warehouses with real inventory provided by the warehouseman on a monthly basis.
Budget control and related calculations.
Control and report materials sent to produce, goods, and waste received from production during the warehousing report.
Prepare consumption deviation report.
Policymaking and control of purchase and warehouse documents and cost reports.
Provide monthly profit margins based on different scenarios.
BOM control of products and verification of production machine efficiency and factory capacity measurement in order to calculate and control the real cost, standard, and budget.
Establish a system and registration of accounting documents for the cost of products and waste.
Submit reports and timely notification of any restrictions in performing the assigned tasks or any weaknesses in the executive methods, along with corrective suggestions to the superior authority.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or Finance (graduation from a state university is a plus).
At least 5 years of maagerial experience.
Mastery of MS Office, billing, business correspondence, laws and financial regulation, and cost accounting.
