We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Marketing Communications team in driving impactful campaigns and advancing our brand presence across all media channels.
Position Overview:
The head of marketing communications will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies, overseeing both online and offline efforts to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in performance-driven marketing, campaign management, and digital communications, as well as a strong understanding of ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and TTL (Through-the-Line) marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and oversee large-scale marketing campaigns that integrate ATL, BTL, and TTL approaches, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.
- Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing: Drive our digital marketing efforts with a data-driven approach to maximize engagement and optimize ROI across all digital platforms.
- Creative Design & Implementation: Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure that design concepts align with marketing goals. Oversee the implementation of visual and brand elements in campaigns.
- Agency Collaboration: Work with online and offline advertising agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns. Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment with our brand standards and goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing communications team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
- Content & Copywriting: Craft compelling brand messages and direct content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Event Management: Organize and execute key events that enhance customer interaction and brand visibility.
- Market Analysis: Utilize data insights to assess campaign effectiveness and guide decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years in marketing communications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in both offline and online channels, including experience working with online and offline advertising agencies.
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable university is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in campaign management, digital marketing, and data-driven performance marketing.
- Familiarity with creative design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of copywriting, team management, event planning, and all facets of ATL, BTL, and TTL.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
