Organize, plan, coordinate, and control the activities of supervised employees to ensure the proper performance of assigned tasks.
Supervise and participate in the development of the quality system, including assessment and planning, system documentation and development of instructions, implementation, and auditing of the system.
Lead and conduct internal and external audits of the company, maintain records of audits conducted and documents related to discrepancies and corrective actions, follow up to resolve observed discrepancies, and prepare audit reports.
Prepare statistical reports, data analysis, and management reports related to the quality system.
Collaborate in preparing the EFQM statement and organizational excellence models.
Collaborate in preparing the unit's strategic goals identifying strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and following up on relevant programs and results.
Requirements:
A degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering.
At least six years of work experience in a related field.
Ability to design a quality management system, and determine processes and the relationship between them.
Familiarity with the process approach and risk analysis and their implementation.
Ability to prepare and formulate quality system procedures and instructions and document and maintain records.
Ability and knowledge to conduct internal and external audits and assessments.
Ability to define plans to achieve quality management system objectives.
