Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the support team to achieve procurement goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal supply without overstock.
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and manage risk within the supply chain.
  • Supervise and mentor team members for career growth and improved performance.
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate changes and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
