Job Description

Identify all safety hazards throughout the process including transportation, storage, distribution, synthesis, purification, drying, particle formation and milling, clean room, etc.;

5S Controlling the activities of contractors regarding compliance with safety matters and
Inspecting all places, processes and machinery and employees of the complex and eliminating safety discrepancies as much as possible
Preparing and completing safety and fire checklists routinely based on the developed program
Training personnel by holding TBM, face-to-face training, classic training and requesting personnel case training and
Identifying and announcing the need for signs and Warning signs and supervision of their provision and installation in principle
Formulation and follow-up of the implementation of executive procedures and safety instructions
Collecting information related to all unsafe behaviors of personnel in a precise manner and implementing their control plan
Supervising and issuing safety permits and closely monitoring compliance with its provisions
Attending to health care and providing relief services to personnel and clients in the complex
Participating in preparing the complex; Accompanying and responding to inspectors, visitors, and company guests
Recording and following up on reports submitted by colleagues regarding safety hazards and providing feedback to them
Cooperating in ordering and providing standard personal protective equipment and approving them when purchasing and entering the company
Implementing a system of encouraging and punishing employees in order to build a culture and maintain their records
Preparing proposals, accompanying and supervising the performance of safety tests and technical inspections and maintaining their records
Maintaining the results of technical inspections of critical devices and equipment and providing control measures and confirming their effectiveness
ERP Planning, developing scenarios and conducting emergency response maneuvers and necessary cooperation in order to improve team performance
Completing daily, monthly and quarterly performance reports
Monitoring the use of personal protective equipment by personnel
(GMP, Internal Audit, etc.)Participating and responding to internal and external audits
CAPA Cooperation in following up and closing deviations, non-conformities and implementation
Preparing specialized industrial safety reports
Establishing, maintaining and improving communications with governing bodies and institutions in the field of safety and fire protection
SOP review and approval from a safety perspective

Eligibility requirements:
Knowledge and ability to prepare descriptive and analytical reports, prepare and install guides, signs and signs for occupational safety and health
Experience and ability to visit, inspect, review and record high-risk events and accidents, defects, breakdowns and potential hazards
Familiarity with the principles of safety at height, well drilling, equipment installation, welding, electrical safety, fire safety, etc.
