Requirements:

• Expert in ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO14001:2015 standards.
• Expert in planning, organizing, and conducting internal and external audits for Integrated Management Systems.
• Proficient in compiling, maintaining, and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Expert in APQC Process Models.
• Skilled and knowledgeable in organizational structures and charts.
• Capable of compiling implementation methods, instructions, and other required documents within the organizational process framework.
• Expert in simulating business processes using BPMN.
• Proficient in process analysis and identifying requirements for improving software or integrated systems.
• Expert in HAMKARAN SYSTEM.
• Proficient in Power BI Management Dashboards.
• Skilled in risk management.
• Familiarity with project control and management.
• Knowledgeable in strategic management, including compiling and implementing strategic documents.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Maximum age: 30 years old. 
• Gender preference: Male.
• Mandatory presence at the factory 2 days per week.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
