Job Description

The IP WAN Operations Engineer (Vendor) at Irancell is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of our telecommunication networks, with a specific focus on IP Network and IP WAN operations. The successful candidate will apply their expertise in network technologies to support, maintain, and improve network infrastructure in Tehran. As an experienced professional, you will work closely with technical teams to deliver reliable network services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage IP WAN networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement network changes and upgrades in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to troubleshoot complex network problems.
• Perform regular network assessments and audits to maintain security and efficiency.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures accurately.
• Participate in the planning and execution of network projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support for network-related inquiries and incidents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecommunication networks, preferably in IP Networks or IP WAN operations.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and infrastructure components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
