Job Description
- Assist the IT/IS head and Teams with their daily schedules, managing appointments, and meetings.
- Track key dates, milestones, and deadlines, proactively reminding everyone involved.
- Coordinate with the IT/IS team to manage and follow departmental projects and tasks.
- Prepare and distribute clear and concise meeting agendas, reports, and communication materials to keep the IT/IS team/other stakeholders informed.
- Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, workshops, and launch events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the IT/IS team, fielding inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Collaborate with internal and external administrative teams.
- Take comprehensive meeting minutes (MOMs), ensure timely distribution to all attendees, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Partner with the team to organize and coordinate departmental events and training sessions.
- Participate in meetings and follow up with the MOMs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Engineering), IT Management, or related fields.
- Up to 4 years of experience in a business environment preferably in the IT/IS area.
- Familiarity with IT and technology risks.
- Knowledge of ITIL4.
- Knowledge of Project Management.
- Knowledge of foundational necessary for IT tech.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
