To define and apply project management methodologies and policies and processes for MTNIrancell ITS projects in line with the program management office PPPs.
To manage all the assigned project phases of the ITS project within timelines, cost, and quality defined according to the ITS project management PPPs.
To define project stakeholders and communication plan to manage ITS-assigned projects effectively.
To serve as the liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
To ensure the project charter is prepared correctly and the scope, time frames, and deliverables are clear as part of the project charter.
To apply risk management principles on all assigned ITS projects throughout the project cycle according to ITS project management PPPs.
To report the project progress and risks and issues according to the ITS program management office PPPs.
To report to the project steercom, and ensure feedback and actions are accomplished accordingly.
To communicate and track the project with the stakeholders and project team members.
According to the ITS project management PPPs,
To escalate, manage, and mitigate risks and issues to the project stakeholders and team members.
To develop the ITS-assigned project plans (time, cost, resource, budget, communications, quality, etc.) in alignment with the ITS program office master plan.
To manage day-to-day operational aspects of ITS-assigned projects based on the project scope and timeline.
To maintain the historical report of reasons for delays in projects, plan activities to overcome these, and identify penalties for the responsible teams.
To elaborate forecasting of the project's budget, resource, and capacity requirements. Provide input to forecasting annual budgetary requirements for the department.
To develop lessons learned and maintain the knowledge gathered during project accomplishment in the ITS PMO project repository.
To perform, accomplish, and coordinate all activities related to administrative tasks of the ITS assigned projects.
To accomplish the functions related to the PMO processes, e.g., demand management and P&S committee.
To lead a project team, including other professionals or consultants with expert skills and knowledge relevant to the project.
To assign, monitor the work of project resources, and evaluate the performance of resources that participated in the projects.
To maintain regular updates of project progress and status on the organization’s project management tools and system and archive the latest documents in the project repository system.
To develop and execute proper project closure and hand it over to the operation and the respective stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management; an MBA degree is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in project management area; with experience in supervising/managing others.
Experience working in a medium to large organization.
