The position:

As an IT service coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate sanction-related requests, liaise with the legal team for operational compliance, and analyze incidents with IT colleagues or external consultants to resolve issues within timeframes. Manage problems, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure quality IT service and user satisfaction in accordance with Novo Nordisk requirements.
  • Manage and support Global IT projects to improve business processes and ensure user satisfaction, providing appropriate governance for these projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate IT infrastructure and security, ensuring service availability, business continuity, compliance with IT security procedures, and timely handling of security incidents. Design and execute a disaster recovery plan as needed.
  • Maintain IT systems to Novo Nordisk quality standards, manage effective systems management, prevent security breaches, investigate and resolve incidents, and solve the IT system crises.
  • Oversee IT purchases and asset management, including preparing lists of goods, conducting market research, handling documentation and finance procedures, and ensuring procurement meets NN standards.
  • Supervise external IT support, monitor ticketing systems and KPIs, hold up end users, analyze user needs, conduct training, and ensure end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science combined with additional relevant IT and business experience.
  • 3+ years of successful experience within the ITIL framework and having sound knowledge of IT Support services, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Innovative, compliant mindset and come forward with improvement proposals regarding IT Infrastructure and other IT operational areas.
  • Great communicational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
