Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure: hardware and software to fully support business needs and comply with corporate standards.
  • Provide timely and high-quality technical support to the users based on the incidents reported.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of network components and data management.
  • Maintain quality procedures and measures for the IT infrastructure and ensure appropriate documentation is in place.
  • Research, develop, implement, test, and review an organization's information security in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Lead/contribute to all the IT-relevant projects to ensure the consistency of operations.
  • Develop IT-related standard operating procedures. Ensure ongoing education to the users.
  • Collaborate with the business and other platform functions for better solutions, using regional and HQ IT as required.
  • Appropriately manage the IT assets.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Information Technology.
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network, hardware, and software.
  • Understanding how IT facilitates business operations.
  • Customer focus – maintaining relationships, anticipating the needs, and providing solutions to all internal customers.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate facts, define and implement processes, and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken.
