Job Description

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining Jira systems, including creating projects, workflows, custom fields, and scripts.
  • Managing user and group access and settings to ensure greater security and productivity.
  • Designing and configuring dashboards and reports in Jira to provide appropriate views to teams and managers.
  • Collaborating with project teams to design and implement efficient processes in Jira and Confluence.
  • Providing optimal solutions for managing projects and work processes, and helping teams effectively use Jira and other project management tools.
  • Working with different teams to analyze and improve business processes and ensure the coordination of these processes with Jira and Confluence tools.
  • Supporting teams in compiling and tracking OKRs in Jira and Confluence.
  • Designing and implementing performance reports to assess progress and key goals.
  • Training and supporting teams in using Jira and Confluence and ensuring their ability to use these tools optimally.


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence and the ability to manage, configure, and optimize these tools
  • Knowledge of project management, Agile, and Scrum methods
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes and design efficient workflows in Jira
  • Working knowledge of OKRs and how to support them in large organizations
  • Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work as a team and individually with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
