Job Description

We are looking for a Jira admin to join our team in Tehran at Ofogh Koorosh Chain Stores. If you can play a key role in supporting project control processes and improving team collaboration by managing and optimizing Jira and Confluence tools, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain Jira systems, including creating Projects, Workflows, custom fields, and scripts.
• Manage user and group access and settings to ensure security and greater productivity.
• Design and configure dashboards and reports in Jira to provide appropriate insights to teams and managers.
• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement efficient processes in Jira and Confluence.
• Provide optimal solutions for managing projects and work processes, and help teams effectively use Jira and other project management tools.
• Collaborate with various teams to analyze and improve business processes and ensure that these processes are aligned with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Support teams in developing and tracking OKRs in Jira and Confluence.
• Design and implement performance reports to assess progress and key objectives.
• Train and support teams in using Jira and Confluence and ensure their ability to use these tools optimally.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage, configure and optimize these tools.
• Knowledge of project management, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes and design efficient workflows in Jira.
• Working knowledge of OKRs and how to support them in large organizations.
• Skills in data analysis and preparing management and operational reports in Jira.
