Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Utilize your understanding of computer science fundamentals to support infrastructure operations.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers and networking equipment.
- Provide support for storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Help manage and support virtualization environments, ensuring optimal performance.
- Support ticketing systems such as Jira and ManageEngine ServiceDesk by handling basic service requests and incidents.
- Assist in maintaining IT service management best practices and compliance standards.
- Perform routine tasks under supervision to ensure the availability and performance of these services.
- Monitor infrastructure systems and resources.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and processes.

Experience:
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
- Some exposure to Microsoft services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.
