Responsibilities:

  • Select suitable agents for cooperation in different provinces.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain key customers.
  • Create and maintain positive and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide periodic reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer service performance.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, or Business Management.
  • Successful work experience in user account supervision or similar roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and effectively manage projects.
  • Ability to go on continuous trips during the month.
