Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including Sale and Service contracts, compliance affairs and corporate governance.
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including Sale and service contracts and partnership agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
Be responsible for the company’s compliance management, crisis response, dispute case handling, and legal risk prevention.
Assist in the management of litigation matters, including working with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings.
Track changes in local laws and regulations related to the company’s business, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, and provide suggestions or warnings to business departments in a timely manner.
Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance compliance and risk management.
Be responsible for legal training and consulting in the field of business.
Requirements
Master's degree from a top-tier law school.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Legal analysis skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
Ability to perform under pressure.
Around 5 years of legal practice experience in law firms or other enterprises, and familiarity with legal practices such as contract review, contract negotiation, dispute handling, and corporate compliance is preferred.
