Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the legal department, providing guidance and oversight on all legal matters.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the interests and support the objectives of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Provide expert legal advice to senior management and all departments within the company.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Manage litigation and resolve disputes effectively to minimize legal risks.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts on the company.
  • Foster a culture of legal awareness and ethical decision-making within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or a valid certification in Law.
  • Extensive experience in a legal consultancy or lawyer role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills in directing a legal team.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Farsi is a plus.
