Your mission in Zarin Roya is to carry out purchasing matters and select the right suppliers to make purchases with the right quality and price at the right time in order to achieve the goals of the internal purchasing unit.
Responsibilities:
Identify, review, and evaluate potential suppliers in terms of quality, delivery timelines, and alignment with organizational needs.
Conduct necessary activities to establish effective relationships with suppliers.
Review and monitor products received from suppliers to ensure they meet defined and desired standards.
Provide recommendations, request quotations, and negotiate with suppliers while adhering to the organization's policies and guidelines.
Control costs in compliance with defined rules, guidelines, and the organization’s budget.
Prepare and finalize contracts with suppliers in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines.
Create and maintain an archive to document procurement records and supplier information.
Handle order placement, track deliveries, and oversee all tasks to ensure timely receipt of purchases in quality condition.
Obtain necessary approvals for essential purchases.
Verify and validate invoices at the source to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
At least 3 years of senior experience in local purchasing.
Strong knowledge of principles of correspondence and writing.
Proficiency in principles and techniques of negotiation.
