Job Description
The mission of this position is to troubleshoot, support users, and collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure seamless operation of applications used in the sales and distribution team, optimize application performance, and improve business processes.
- Provide first and second-level support for sales and distribution applications to address user issues and questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to distribution and sales applications in collaboration with users and technical teams.
- Conduct training sessions for sales and distribution team members on the effective use of applications.
- Collaborate with other modules to implement necessary settings and customizations in sales and distribution applications.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to understand their processes, identify areas for improvement, and send improvement requests to team development members.
- Provide reports and insights in the relevant area to provide to managers for decision-making and process improvement.
- Coordinate and participate in application upgrade and improvement testing.
- Ensure that application configuration documents, troubleshooting methods, and guidelines are maintained and updated for knowledge transfer.
