Rehabilitation of Fertilizing Plants in CPAMC:

RAMPCO Group entered the Venezuelan market in 2013 after conducting extensive research and focusing on petrochemical and refinery maintenance projects, and partnered with Pequiven in 2020 to collaborate on projects. In 2022, RAMPCO secured a contract to rehabilitate the ammonia unit of the Ana Maria Campos petrochemical complex (CPAMC), beginning its operations in September 2023.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a professional with extensive experience in the petrochemical industries, especially in Ammonia & fertilizer plants. This role will involve working on-site, utilizing project management software, managing resources effectively, and enhancing the project team communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies and schedules, including daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
• Utilize project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) to create and manage detailed work plans.
• Conduct resource planning, allocation, and optimization.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and management.
• Hold and manage daily, weekly, and interdisciplinary meetings (ITDs).
• Identify and address potential maintenance issues and bottlenecks.
• Contribute to succession planning initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, or a related field.
• More than five years of experience in maintenance planning.
• proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software.
• Strong understanding of work plans, including daily, weekly, and monthly planning and project replanning.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English or Spanish (necessary).
