Job Description
The Objective of the Role:
- To assist the company in choosing the best marketing strategy by collecting and analyzing market information required for market analysis and determining marketing strategies.
- To develop the company business and increase the turnover by collecting and identifying current prospects and project leads, updating and expanding projects’ pipelines, tenders/inquiries, and developing a business network.
- To evaluate competitors’ offerings (technically, and commercially), and apply up-to-date and effective marketing methods to promote the company and its products in the target markets.
- To evaluate customer satisfaction level by collecting customers' feedback measuring customer satisfaction levels and preparing and submitting the related reports to the sales and project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify leads, and current tenders/inquiries and follow them up with customers to receive relevant price inquiries.
- Collect and analyze customer information, including preferences, needs, and buying habits, etc. to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Collect competitors' information and analyze their prices, products, and services to match the specifications and prices of the products with the market.
- Research consumer opinions measure and assess their satisfaction and provide feedback to sales, production, and delivery teams.
- Create demand for products and services through conducting and following up marketing and branding activities such as introducing the company, its products, and competitive advantages to customers through face-to-face meetings, customer visits to the factory, participation in specialized exhibitions, social networks, etc.
- Prepare and update marketing tools such as website, catalog, brochure, sales list, etc.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and advertising.
- Prepare and maintain customer information and records, follow-ups and marketing activities carried out and update them.
- Prepare periodic reports.
- Reporting to: Marketing and Business Development Manager.
- Probation Period: 3 months.
- Working hours: Saturday ~ Wednesday: 8 am – 5 pm.
- Travel requirements: Frequently travel within the country.
Requirements:
University Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Commercial Management (Marketing), Business Administration (Marketing), or other related fields.
Nature and Length of Previous Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the industry.
- Proven related working experience.
Specialist Knowledge:
- Relative knowledge of marketing processes and strategies.
- Good in English (upper-intermediate).
- Computer Skill: familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel (upper-intermediate).
