Responsibilities:

SMS Panel Management:

  • Supervise and manage SMS panels and communication tools to ensure they are efficient and updated.
  • Ensure SMS panels are compliant with regulations and industry standards

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute SMS and push notification campaigns to engage with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and messaging for campaigns.

Campaign Monitoring:

  • Monitor the performance of SMS and push notification campaigns in real time.
  • Adjust campaign strategies based on data analysis and insights.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices for SMS and push notifications.
  • Ensure all communication activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on SMS cost, usage, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the budget allocated for SMS campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Optimize spending by identifying areas where cost savings can be achieved.

Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with SMS and push notification service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements for cost-effective solutions.
