Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to attract new customers and build repeat business.
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
  • Ensure the whole Services and Categories implementation process follows organizational guidelines.
  • Document all campaign strategies and prepare all promotional activities and initiatives for other teams.
  • Track, analyze, and compile regular reports of performance and results, and document them.
  • Improve the new process using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
  • Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events, including writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as recruiting designers, animators, and printing publishers.
  • Working closely with other related teams to obtain the best results.
  • Meet with all new clients to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies.
  • Design, organize, and execute an optimal marketing mix considering budget constraints and schedule, locate and secure talent and resources before campaign launch.
  • Train and groom all resources for optimum efficacy in the whole planning and performing process.
  • Utilize staff and resources to produce quality content for execution.

Requirements:

  • Understand digital ads' functions.
  • Understand CRM and coupon marketing.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills are essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Proficient familiarity with different media and communication channels.
  • Understand current marketing trends and Willingness to learn new marketing techniques.
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
  • Hands-on experience of running digital or offline campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mind and creative thinking ability.
  • Highly motivated and welcome to new challenges.
