Job Description

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues, the commercial team, and other internal partners to ensure that projects' deadlines and advertising sales revenue targets are met.
  • Set annual targets, and define the quarterly and monthly targets and objectives.
  • Expand the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market.
  • Responsible for setting the direction of the marketing sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies to push sales.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' campaigns and promotions.
  • Lead the marketing team to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets.
  • Track the performance of the team.
  • Provide marketing reports and annual budgeting.
  • Supervise and organize all related exhibitions and seminars.
  • Collaborate in pricing and discount strategy process.
  • Monitor and analyze markets, customer needs, and competitor’s actions to market and product development.
  • Report to the CEO.
  • Recommend budget expenditures and evaluate return on investment.

Requirements

  • An MBA degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Multitasking capability and teamwork skills.
  • Eager to activate challenging targets.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills. 
  • Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old.
