About the Role:
We are looking for a marketing team lead with a hands-on approach who can independently lead the digital marketing efforts for Tapsi Delivery. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop creative marketing strategies while optimizing campaign performance and improving brand awareness, especially in new cities.
Responsibilities:
Design and perform marketing campaigns with agencies and app stores to acquire new customers.
Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns using various bidding strategies to achieve the best performance.
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies through digital marketing to enhance user acquisition and brand awareness, particularly in new markets.
Collect and analyze advertising data from dashboards, including key metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPI (Cost Per Install), and other conversion rates.
Monitor, track, and report on the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective and aligned marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition and app marketing.
Hands-on experience in executing, analyzing, and reporting on online and offline marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and app store marketing, with the ability to manage campaigns and optimize performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Ability to work independently, execute marketing tasks hands-on, and create impactful marketing strategies.
Proven ability to drive awareness and acquisition efforts in new cities and markets.
