Are you passionate about online gaming and enjoy managing and supporting a vibrant community? We are looking for dedicated moderators to join our team and play a crucial role in moderating our online projects. As a moderator, you will work in a shift system (24/7) alongside other moderators to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Moderation: Actively monitoring project activities to ensure all players adhere to the rules.
- Community Building: Helping marketing team in community building. with the community through social media, to create and maintain a strong and engaged community and interaction: Responding to community inquiries, complaints, and suggestions promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting any technical problems or bugs to the development team.
