Job Description

Registering, prioritizing, and fixing the incidents and technical problems observed through monitoring tools or raised.
Maintaining, optimizing, and updating monitoring tools.
Teaching monitoring tools to new colleagues.
Monitoring document update.
Preparing reports related to services and following up on events.
Sending reports related to daily tasks and routine specified checks.
Carrying out tasks assigned by the manager and supervisor in special circumstances.

Requirements

Mastery of Network+ and LPIC1.
Mastery of Zabbix.
Mastery of documentation.
Ability to present reports (Expert with Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work as part of a team.
Familiarity with Cisco, MikroTik equipment, and active and passive network concepts.
Familiarity with virtualization and Microsoft services.
Getting to know the concepts of incident and request management process.
