UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX designer to join our growing marketing team. You will design, develop, and maintain our website, landing pages, and digital assets to enhance our online presence and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain a visually appealing, responsive website.
• Create landing pages, web banners, and other digital assets.
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and mobile usability.
• Implement UI/UX best practices to drive engagement and conversions.
• Manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure site security.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a web designer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, UI/UX principles, and web optimization.
• Ability to research target audiences and craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and collaboration skills.
• Real estate marketing experience is a plus.
