Effectively install, configure, operate, and maintain Cisco Switches, MikroTik Routers, HP Servers, NAS Devices, Microsoft and Linux System software, and related infrastructure.
Efficiently install, configure, operate, and maintain firewalls, UTMs, IPS, IDS, and edge security equipment such as Juniper, Fortinet, etc.
Maintain and improve security posture, harden infrastructure environments and assets, and remediate vulnerabilities.
Manage users, groups, password policies, and other user configurations.
Perform continuous health monitoring, improve the stability/performance of systems, and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
Communicate with other teams to troubleshoot issues with managed environments.
Create, update, and organize technical documentation and knowledge bases for the team and other departments.
Apply patches, security fixes, and firmware updates for devices and operating systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar fields.
At least four years of professional experience.
Good knowledge of network equipment management (Cisco, Microtics, etc.).
Knowledge of routing and switching concepts (CCNP R&S).
Good knowledge of installation and management of monitoring software (Solar, Cacti, Vrops, Zabix, etc.).
Knowledge of firewall network security equipment management (Fortigate, Forti Waf, Juniper, Forti Analyzer, etc.).
Knowledge of Microsoft services (EXCHANGE, AD, etc.).
Knowledge of wireless network management (Mikrotik, Ubnt, etc.).
Knowledge of network and service security solutions (hardening) according to the standards of CIS.
Knowledge of security concepts and protocols.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO27001 standards and the ability to implement appropriate measures.
Fluency in the installation and administration of Microsoft SharePoint.
