Job Description

Configure, manage and maintain Fortigate firewall appliances and software.
Develop and implement robust security policies and firewall rules in line with organizational compliance.
Monitor network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for network security issues.
Update firewall firmware and software.
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure following network security best practices.
Liaise with Fortigate support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for security configurations, changes, and incident reports.
Ensure compliance of all network security measures with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in network security, with specific expertise in managing Fortigate firewall solutions.
In-depth knowledge of firewall concepts, IP networking, and network security principles.
Experience with Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and content filtering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Advanced level of English.
