POSITION SUMMARY:

The Nutrition Master Data Intern will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and accuracy within our customer relationship management system. This position focuses on healthcare professional (HCP) data verification, consent management, and routine quality control procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining high data quality standards. This internship offers valuable experience in healthcare data management, compliance processes, and database administration.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Start the day by reviewing new HCP entries in the CRM system.
• Verify and enter medical license numbers for recently added healthcare professionals.
• Process consent forms (both digital and paper) and update relevant fields in the CRM.
• Conduct routine data accuracy checks on existing records.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
• Collaborate with field teams to clarify information when discrepancies are found.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify patterns or systematic issues.
• Document processes and improvements for future reference.
• Attend relevant team meetings to stay aligned with CRM initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance CRM knowledge
