Job Description

  • Managing office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks to optimize performance.
  • Handling correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and packages.
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements for upper management.
  • Maintaining records and databases related to personnel, finances, and office supplies.
  • Ordering office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Fluent in English.
