Job Description

Media Tech Guys is looking for a senior offline marketing manager who is creative, experienced, and capable of executing high-impact advertising campaigns. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and expanding our brand, managing large-scale marketing projects, and leading offline advertising strategies that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement offline marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage outdoor, print, radio, and TV advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and brand partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing data and measure campaign effectiveness for continuous optimization.
  • Communicate and negotiate with advertising agencies, media outlets, and vendors.
  • Oversee the advertising budget and provide performance reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in offline marketing, outdoor advertising, and branding.
  • Strong ability to manage advertising campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with business partners and media.
  • Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience working with media agencies, print houses, and advertising vendors is a plus.
