About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Offline Marketing Specialist to lead high-impact, data-driven offline marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with agencies, partners, and internal teams to plan and execute campaigns that deliver real results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize offline campaigns (OOH, DOOH, ATL, etc.).
  • Build and manage partnerships with media agencies, malls, cinemas, and more.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the execution of offline initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable post-campaign insights.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets to ensure efficient spending.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, campaigns, or events.
  • Proven negotiation skills with vendors and media partners.
  • Familiarity with OOH, DOOH, and ATL channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
