Are you passionate about online gaming and crypto tokens and enjoy managing and supporting a vibrant community? We are looking for dedicated moderators to join our team and play a crucial role in moderating our online games and tokens. As a moderator, you will work in a shift system (24/7) alongside other moderators to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Game Moderation: Actively monitoring in-game activities to ensure all players adhere to the rules.
- Community Building: Engaging with the community, for instance through Discord and Telegram to create and maintain a strong and engaged player community.
- Player Interaction: Responding to player inquiries, complaints, and suggestions promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting Issues: Reporting any technical problems or bugs to the development team.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with online games and experience with moderation tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift system, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well with other moderators and team members.
- Patient, friendly, and always ready to assist and support players.
