Job Description

Mission:

  • To optimize the company's operational efficiency and effectiveness by designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust operating model that aligns with strategic goals, fosters collaboration, and drives sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • To use data and analysis to inform decision-making, continuously improving the operating model of company based on insights and performance metrics.
  • To oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core business processes, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives
  • To manage the design and implementation of the high-level blueprint for how the company should operate to achieve its strategic goals.
  • To manage the development of frameworks, processes, and methods to align people, technology, and resources; while leading the Operating Model and Methods team.
  • To develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all business units, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability
  • To ensure that the company's high-level operating model is efficient, effective, and adaptable to change.
  • To collaborate with IT and digital teams to identify opportunities for automating processes, reducing manual efforts, and increasing accuracy
  • To identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in the company's operating model and business processes, recommending improvements and leading initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • To manage the development and implementation of company's operating models and/or processes.
  • To monitor the performance of the company's operating model and provide comprehensive analysis reports to strategy and transformation general manager.
  • To manage best practices identification and implementation in the operating model design and implementation.
  • To ensure that the company's operating model has been communicated well with stakeholders.
  • To lead project management and change management for onboarding and implementing changes in the Operating Model of the company.
  • To investigate the company’s new Business Models and relevant business value streams and ensure alignment of systems, methods, and structures for successful implementation in a close collaboration with HR
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's operating model is effective and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics) or related fields; a Master's degree or an MBA degree is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry as per relevant role.
  • Experience working in a multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets is advantageous).
  • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies.
