Job description:
- Measure campaign success using key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Research industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Analyze and interpret data from digital channels (website, social media, email, PPC).
- Use A/B testing to optimize content, design, and performance.
- Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Provide support in strategy design by providing insights into competitors, performance, and user behavior.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel (advanced), SQL, and A/B testing tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High accuracy and ability to work with accurate data.
- Integrity, strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability.
- Three to five years of experience in data analysis, preferably in B2B and B2C.
