Job Description

  • Manage the CEO’s work schedules, meetings, and daily calendar.
  • Organize and follow up on internal and international correspondence (emails, letters, reports).
  • Coordinate meetings, business trips, and related planning.
  • Prepare management reports and minutes.
  • Follow up on matters assigned by management with high accuracy and speed.
  • Interact with various departments of the organization to facilitate executive affairs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and observe professional ethics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience as a personal assistant in large companies.
  • Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • High ability to communicate effectively, follow up on matters, and manage time.
  • Familiarity with English at the level of correspondence and office conversation.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and maintain focus when faced with a large volume of work.
  • High integrity, accuracy, discipline, and reliability.

It is considered an advantage if:

  • You have work experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical industries, or international projects.
  • You are familiar with the principles of administrative procedures and official correspondence in English.
