Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective inventory control strategies to optimize inventory levels,
- Minimizing maintenance costs and reducing inventory shortages or surpluses
- Conducting regular inventory analysis To identify stagnant or obsolete items and take appropriate action accordingly
- Coordinating shipping and logistics activities, including arranging shipments, managing shipping costs and tracking delivery schedules
- Collaborating with Cross-departmental teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends and promotions or future events
- Execution of order planning on a daily basis
- Receive information related to ordering products such as delivery time, delays In delivery, restrictions, etc.
- Coordinating to send materials and production requirements
- Follow up on the production schedule based on the announced schedule
- Follow up to pay the contracted production fee
- Communication and interaction with The warehouse department of the contracting party companies for the production of products (receiving and sending production items and inventory control)
Eligibility requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industries, supply chain management, logistics, business management or Related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics and demand forecasting
- Mastery of system solutions
- Excellent analytical and solution skills problem, along with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make informed decisions
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Having knowledge of international trade regulations, Shipping and clearance procedures are considered a privilege
