Job Description

  • Integrating and balancing demand management, material supply, and inventory control.
  • Preparing process maps and process workflows.
  • Developing and improving processes, technology, and the level of mechanization in processes, and determining information flow and processes.
  • Preparing a production plan based on the sales plan.
  • Determining the optimal point for purchasing required materials and supplies.
  • Entering information into the planning system.
  • Preparing production reports and preparing points to be reviewed.
  • Recording information to measure the capacity of production machines.
  • Coding raw materials and laboratory materials in the planning database.
  • Monitoring and measuring processes related to planning and production and taking action to improve them.
  • Preparing daily production status reports based on monthly production planning.
  • Preparing reports on wasted products during the period.
  • Preparing reports for standard time planning for product production.
  • Preparing reports on past products.
  • Preparing monthly material estimate reports.
  • Preparing reports on packaging materials and raw materials and collaborating in preparing the list of product raw materials.
  • Reviewing production and sales reports and analyzing reasons for deviations from the production plan.
  • Preparing a raw material inventory report and the amount of deviation from the required inventory.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities related to production planning and raw materials and trying to control them.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of the company's planning software.
  • Ability to write administrative correspondence and reports.
  • Familiarity with one of the project control software.
  • Ability to work with one of the production planning and inventory control methods.
  • Ability to work with one of the statistical software to analyze reports.
  • Proficient in one of the optimization software to optimize production.
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical companies is an advantage.
  • At least five years of work experience in a related field.
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management.
