Job Description

This person supervises the preparation of documents produced by contractors, estimates, and surveys to ensure the quality of project implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project management and control documents such as feasibility reports, work and cost breakdown, project contracting strategy, schedule, project cash flow, and project scope, cost, risk, quality, and schedule management documents.
  • Prepare and analyze project progress reports and set up compensation plans.
  • Attend project management offices, consulting engineering, project workshops, and workshops, and offices of contractors and equipment suppliers regularly and as needed to review work progress.
  • Review project progress, report, review, and control daily project reports from executive teams.
  • Update all project management registries (risk, stakeholders, changes, correspondence, costs, issues).
  • Arrange and follow up on Status Review meetings and record and upload them to the system.
  • Prepare Earned Value reports and performance and schedule comparison reports.
  • Review, control, and consolidate contractor reports.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on project status reports to the employer.
  • Track and record estimated amounts of time, cost, and resources for projects.
  • Prepare macro, detailed, and milestone project schedules.

Requirements:

  • Experience in applying required standards such as PMBOK in oil and gas industry projects.
  • Experience in using related software such as Primavera and MSP.
  • Familiarity with English.
