This person supervises the preparation of documents produced by contractors, estimates, and surveys to ensure the quality of project implementation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare project management and control documents such as feasibility reports, work and cost breakdown, project contracting strategy, schedule, project cash flow, and project scope, cost, risk, quality, and schedule management documents.
Prepare and analyze project progress reports and set up compensation plans.
Attend project management offices, consulting engineering, project workshops, and workshops, and offices of contractors and equipment suppliers regularly and as needed to review work progress.
Review project progress, report, review, and control daily project reports from executive teams.
