Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and validate performance data from various teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality by identifying and correcting errors.
- Conduct numerical calculations and analyze performance indicators.
- Suggest and implement optimization methods to improve efficiency.
- Work with IT to improve data monitoring systems.
- Prepare and design performance reports with data visualization for decision-making.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team interactions.
