Procurement Manager

Job Description

•  Assist Initiators within the lifecycle of the assigned purchase requisitions.
• Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and bidders, if applicable.
• Provide market analysis/market survey of available goods and equipment options in the local and international areas.
• Responsible for tendering and purchasing paperwork and reporting.
• Conduct procurement procedures in 1C.
• Conduct procurement procedures according to procurement regulations.
• Purchase materials according to operating purchase requests.
• Participate in local potential suppliers' evaluation.
• Support local suppliers, bidders, and service providers in communication.
• Represent the procurement department in external and internal meetings.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Oil and Gas companies.
• Having experience working with NIOC or PEDEC.
• having experience with the procurement of both goods and services.
• English at least Upper-Intermediate.
