Product Designer

Job Description

• Conceptualization and Design: Develop and execute design concepts for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring they align with our product vision and user needs.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather early feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance our brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
• Design Systems: Develop and manage design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• User-Centered Design: Advocate for a user-centered design approach, balancing user needs with business goals.

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in designing mobile and web applications, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
• UX/UI Design: Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and best practices for mobile and web design.
• Prototyping: Experience with creating interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, InVision, or Axure.
• User Research: Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Experience with Agile: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Coding Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
