Product Supervisor

Job Description

• Propose improvement solutions to management for system effectiveness
• Identify stakeholder needs and expectations related to the product.
• Support for new product development.
• Market research and review industry trends and report to the superior.
• Internal audit and present the results to the superior.
• Coordinate external product audits and present results to the CEO.
• Analyze product measurement results and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Review stakeholder feedback on products.
• Resolve customer issues related to the product.
• Identify product-related problems and provide improvement solutions.
• Take corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-conformities.
• Analyze competitors' products in terms of price, technical, and design.

Requirements:

• A degree in Industrial Design, Business Management, Industrial Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Related work experience in manufacturing or engineering or quality control and product design and product owner.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
